I have been mustering up for a long time to write a text about the November IT Women “Business partnerships as a way to success”.
Not because I don’t have anything to say, but because the meeting made a huge impression on me.
It was a meeting full of twists and turns, full of humor and emotions.
It started with the information that Dorota Wellman would not perform for us. A big surprise, because I got the impression that many of us were really looking forward to this meeting. The first reaction was, well, sadness, but immediately afterwards it turned out that Ms. Dorota had a worthy replacement-Malgosia Ohme. Both ladies are interesting, but their vibes are different.
Malgosia’s lecture turned out to be extraordinary. She moved the heart and soul, there was a lot of laughter and tears, there was everything that I did not expect at all, but which I love, even poetry. Pure magic.
Empathy and great kindness – that’s all Małgosia.
Professional burnout, life values, spirituality are just a drop of topics covered at the meeting. The essence of the meaning of our lives, all woven into the stories of beautiful women and lots of reflections. Sources of female power, enslavement, stereotypes, studies that show how the IT market is shaping up for us Women, and how much work we still have ahead of us to change the consciousness of people who often see the world of technology as an industry dedicated to men.
I can’t list everything that Małgorzata Ohme talked about, and still, even though it’s been a week, I’m very impressed with the lecture.
The theme of community is the first thing that touched me, because it resonates with my view of relationships. It also resonates with the theme of the meeting, which is partnership.
I don’t need to convince anyone how important good relationships based on trust are. How much their quality affects our well-being, which according to statistics we have at a low level these days, how much creating a community affects building valuable partnerships in business and in life.
I also see that the Women of IT event has become our little women’s community, where we can meet and talk or simply just hug. There are few such purely human reflexes in the hard business in which we, IT Women, function every day.
The second, and in fact the first lecture (because Malgosia Ohme performed at the end) that absolutely delighted me was Agata Dokurno’s lecture on art. Agata, of course, talked about partnerships and the VMware Partner Connect platform, but I changed the title of her talk to my own: “Passion and love for art. How to kidnap the listener into the world of beauty with a capital “B”. For me, that’s exactly what it was. Thanks to the charismatic Agata, I moved into the world of opera, theater and Picasso. I immediately wanted to see the exhibitions at the National Museum and Bajadera at the Grand Theater. I will reveal a big secret to you that as a little girl I really wanted to be a ballerina. The memories came alive.
That’s the kind of experience and excitement I expect from the Women of IT and Girls of Arrow Electronics, hats off to you, because you raised the bar a lot. You have whetted appetites for the next event and not only because of the delicious Japanese cuisine at the #Nobu Hotel (and that dessert, that insane chocolate mango mousse…).
A big thank-you for creating a fantastic, friendly atmosphere and inviting me.
Finally, I will write that I always keep repeating: I love the feminine energy. We, Women, are extremely inspiring and can be very supportive of each other. I will also repeat after Małgosia:”Just here and now”, because that’s all that really that matters.
I recommend you to think if you are a child of the universe and if you can selflessly be there for someone just like that? Here and now? Are you good business partners? I’ll leave you with these questions and invite you to share what is your opinion on this matter.
In less than a week, another #event from the Women IT by #Arrow series 😊
“Partnership in business – the path to success.”
I absolutely agree with this slogan and my experiences, not only professional ones, show how important partnership is in every area of life.
✍ Some time ago I wrote to you what it was like during the 5th edition of Women #IT:
Meanwhile, the 6th edition is already underway. 👌 👌
I am waiting for this meeting with excitement, because the previous one made a great impression on me. This time, additionally, one of the technological partners of the event will be our key #PartnerVMware, with an extraordinary speaker Agata Dokurno. 😊
Agata will talk about the strategy of mutual winning in business using the example of VMware Partner Connect Evolution.
This is definitely a platform worth your attention. I know some of it and use it every day when running INDEVOPS marketing campaigns, so it’s time to learn more.
The second technological partner is also our Partner Dell Technologies and that’s all there is to it about the partnership 😉 😊, and the meeting is still ahead of us.
There will be a lot of surprises, because in addition to Japanese cuisine (this is an important aspect for me, because everyone in the office knows that I love food-related topics 😉), a great journalist, #Personality with a capital “O” – Dorota Wellman, will give her lecture.
More in the next reports from the meeting and after. ✍
#Friday , Friday, Friday, and we want to end this week with an event that has been #Linkedin since Tuesday – Dell Technologies Forum 2023. It was definitely worth being there and meeting you. At least for a moment, feel the atmosphere and bustle of the city of the future by Dell Technologies. We navigated Modern Technology and Workforce Transformation. The districts gathered in their avenues a lot of attractions, all kinds of surprises and opportunities to learn about new IT solutions. 😊 Panels and discussions conducted in the style of a real gala. You could listen to experts, professors and technology experts:
👌 Future of Work: About the future of work in the context of new technologies. 👌 Modern Data Infrastructure: Modern data infrastructure – the key to success. 👌 Multicloud by APEX: Get to know the multi-cloud strategy by APEX. 👌 Security by Design: Security is a priority. Learn how to design them. 👌 The Future is on the EDGE: Let’s focus on the future – the future in cloud computing.
Our immediate reality is definitely #AI and everything centered around it. Many questions and doubts have been dispelled and clarified, but some of them are still controversial, for example, does AI have consciousness? We leave you with this question.😉 Let us know what you think about it.😊
We presented ourselves in the #Apex district 😊 Marcin Rzepa, he can talk 😊, and this is only part of what he talked about.
SDDC as #NSX , #vSphere , #vSAN , and on top of it the head 🧠 that we have been specializing in for 6 years can cover the entire #Mulitcloud and give it a uniform user experience. All this requires commitment not only from us as INDEVOPS, but above all from you, so that we can best recognize your needs and help you as best as we can. Our clients already know about this and use these solutions every day. SDDC allows us to manage our #datacenter in the same way as in public clouds, and at the same time provides us with full control over the environment: 👉 building services 👉 management via IaC 👉 controlling the VMware cloud, just like other clouds.
The panel was co-hosted with our colleague Andrzej Szymczak from VMware , whom we would like to thank very much 😊 🤝 If you want more information about #SDDC and our other implementations, please contact us. ✍ ✍ Until next time. ✋ ✋
Still full of emotions, but smiles on the faces of the listeners. 🙂😉
The pains of our customers are taken very seriously by us.
How we deal with them could be heard at the panel.
Marcin Rzepa told what some of Indevops’ experiences with projects at our clients looked like.
What impact our actions have on proactivity and application performance.
How, thanks to our DevOps teams, we solved the biggest problems of the companies that trusted us and decided on our implementations.
Gartner September Analyst Briefing is behind us. 👌 👌 👌
September started the way we like it best – with meetings. We appreciate Gartner’s events for the relaxed atmosphere, interesting panels and networking, and Ewa Szymczak appreciates delicious breakfasts as well 😉 🙂 🙂
We also had the unique opportunity to have a 1:1 conversation with a Gartner analyst, who expanded our perspective on observability and the direction of our future path.
Thank you Martin Caren for this opportunity.
The future of IT looks truly heavenly 🙂 because, as it resounded at the meeting, “Cloud is no longer a product, but a lifestyle” and in the next few years digital transformation will go full steam ahead. ☁ ☁ 👍
MultiCloud, Observability, OpenTelemetry, applications – that’s what we’ll be focusing our attention on.
At Indevops, we are always on top of the latest trends and share them with our customers. We direct our attention to the most interesting solutions, which we are faithful to.
Monitoring and automation are becoming even more important and the sooner we realize this, the better.
Business does not like stagnation, so we keep moving forward. 😊 💪
There are more September 🍂 🍂 meetings ahead. Feel free to follow our Linkedin.
Meanwhile, see how the Gartner September Analyst Briefing looked like through my lens. 😊
Special thanks for the invitation to the invaluable Barbara Brandon. 😊
