We’re still waiting for the last few participants to arrive from Poznań. As you can see, the mood is high. The recording equipment is set up. Łukasz, you’ve impressed us. The real film studio is already up and running. We’re still in suspense, as the agenda sounds mysterious, although some of the topics are known.
How to work remotely efficiently, safely and enjoyably?
EasyRedmine – how to understand this non-intuitive tool?
Flow lead-opportunity-presales-workbook session
Action plans with teams:
OPS
DEV
FORGE (financial and operational team)
“Helicopter View/Strategy” session
Sounds good?
There are many other topics that we will be covering this week. I am super positive about it! Also, see how important it is to have the support of your colleagues if you need some energy boost in the morning. Coffee was also available, of course.
My super INDEVOPS T-shirt was designed by our reliable graphic designer Karolina ❣❣❣
Free May days flew by like a #storm cloud over Masuria. As the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. But is that really true?
At @Indevops, good things happen all the time, and although I have my hands full of work, I really enjoy my active time spent working. There’s always something interesting going on, and thanks to that, even in the rain, the kids don’t get bored.
In marketing, we are currently improving our website indevops.com for you.
We have changed our email footers to new ones with links to our websites and social media. Thanks to this, you won’t have to search for information about us, because you will have all the most important information in one place. We have done a great job together, which I am very happy with.
We have a wonderful, young graphic designer @Karolina who does all the necessary graphics, images, and retouches photos for us. Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop hold no secrets for her.
We do not use AI, neither when writing posts nor when creating graphics, because I am from a generation where real and original creativity is important to me. In the beginning, when I started writing for you, I tried to refine the text with AI a few times, but I simply didn’t like the effect. The text was bland and the human element, which is the most valuable thing, was lost somewhere.
So much for digressions, but returning to the marketing field, in addition to the above, we are creating a new subpage for you: Indevops Media, where you will be able to quickly find our webinars, podcasts, and most interesting publications.
We are working on a subpage for new products under the “mysterious” name Management Packs, but more about that on another occasion.
And most importantly, next week we are starting a Boot Camp for the entire IDO-BDM team, which means sales and marketing. We will be integrating, creating a common plan for further fruitful cooperation, developing a sales strategy, training and taking part in workshops. All under the watchful eye of our CEO Paweł Orzechowki and our Project Manager, Scrum Master Łukasz Maciaszek.
P.S. Even Szymon Hały from Cyprus flew in. 🙂 To expand our knowledge and build awareness of our new product Sarkan. Sarkan.io
It looks like it’s going to be an intense and creative time. As you can see, May Day didn’t make us lazy. As always, I invite you to see the photos. This time, my May memories from the beautiful Masuria. Enjoy.
Things don’t always go according to plan, especially when working with people. Since Paweł Orzechowski gave me the new challenge of leading the IDO-BDM team, which consists of Salespeople and “my” little piece of marketing in Indevops, I have faced many challenges.
At first, there was happiness, but also thoughts of whether I could handle it? Who else but me! Then frustration, because not everything goes “my way”, and you have to be really delicate with people.
In addition, remote work makes it difficult to collaborate. Of course, we meet “in person” from time to time, and my colleagues are really great people, but there are still squabbles. My sharp (sometimes) tongue doesn’t help.
This brings us back to the topic of ego, which I have already mentioned. So I put my ego in my pocket and look for solutions: in books, podcasts, my own experiences, conversations. I ask and talk to my husband, kids and of course my boss, but also our great scrum master Łukasz Maciaszek, “rookie” Kacper Durawa and the sales-marketing team. They give support and valuable feedback! Not advice, because you know what advice is paved with…
In Indevops, we follow the principle that intention matters. That’s why I always start with the assumption that my intentions are pure and always come from the principles that I distinguish myself by, not only at work but also in life. Empathy, trust, dialogue, mindfulness, sense of humor.
I always act in the best interests of my company. Yes, my company, because when I started working with Indevops, I really identified with its values and I really believe in the direction we are going! The path is what matters, do it so that it is good… obvious and easy solutions were never the key to cooperation in Indevops. The key is to find such #solutions that the customer is satisfied! There is, it is the overriding principle, but I believe that as colleagues, we should also be happy while working towards achieving it.
Indevops has already grown to 28 people (a year ago when I started, there were 16 of us)!
High-class specialists from the world of #DevOps: programmers, #sales managers, scrum masters, students who are starting their adventure on the labor market and experienced experts in high-level IT, management and business.
Going back to my serving the team, yes, I deliberately use this word because management is not a good word. My colleague Łukasz made me realize that I am here to help people, not to “rule” them.
There are many interesting adventures ahead of me, as each morning #daily with the Team shows. A lot of #brainstorming and searching for the best route to success. Every day is a new challenge and a journey that I set out on. I stand up and take up the gauntlet.
Write if you want to talk about more than just #monitoring #automation or #orchestration. Just write! I’d love to tell you how we do it at Indevops!
P.S. It’s no coincidence that our team names start with IDO: I do (it)!!!
Thanks Paweł Koper for the great marketing campaign idea, but more on that another time.
I’ve always been fascinated by the sky, growing up near lakes where mesmerizing sunrises and sunsets were a daily occurrence. This fascination turned into a passion for sky photography.
When I came across Agnieszka Koziorowska’s post inviting people to a “Breakfast in the Clouds” with experts from Google Cloud Poland, Oktawave, and Netia, I knew I had to be there.
My imagination painted the most beautiful pictures, and the view from the 30th floor of The Warsaw Hub Building did not disappoint!
Warsaw in The Clouds!
Breakfast in the clouds – it just had to be a success! 🙂
The event was packed with additional attractions: presentations, lectures, and competitions with prizes for Google Cloud Roadshow attendees. These included the #oktapoly board game (unfortunately, I didn’t win ) and inspiring speakers.
My attention and heart were captured by Agnieszka Koziorowska from Google Cloud and Adam Kowalczyk from Netia, who showcased the reach of the #hybrid cloud.
Secure, flexible, and fast from anywhere.
Hybrid without borders – connect your VMware environment to Google Cloud and discover new possibilities.
Other topics covered, according to the agenda:
SOC vs. hybrid environments
CloudOps – Best practices and cloud migration strategies
Cloud Masters engineering support
Networking, or cloud-headed conversations
What was happening there.
#Networking, behind-the-scenes conversations, smiling, inspiring
people – Paweł Berus, Dell Technologies.
Book signing, substantive topics, that in the INDEVOPS dictionary are called “the real meat”.
With my own ears I heard words of appreciation for Agnieszka Koziorowska:
🗯expert
🗯 the best in the world at her craft
⭐IT star
🗯 co-author of the book “Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer Certification and Implementation Guide (available on Amazon).
The line to talk to her or take a picture was very long.
Of course, I wouldn’t be myself if I didn’t mention the tiramisu and the delicious matcha on coconut milk!!! 😁
That’s how it was, and now it’s time to look forward to more.
✍ On the other hand, if you want to improve the quality of your work and reduce the amount of work in the first place, be sure to write to me. I will tell you how to do it with our implementations: #monitoring, #automation, #orchestration!

Cooperation with @indevops.com, will mark the beginning of your cloud journey!
Questions from the Organizers and the openness of the attendees caused a real avalanche of ideas on how to live after the changes in VMware by Broadcom.
Our envoys Ewa Szymczak and Jaroslaw Matusiak had a great time!!!
Photo gallery below. 😊
If you are still wondering whether to go hand in hand with #VMware write to us. Our people know what to do next. 😊
We also have an alternative that we’re happy to tell you about too! 😊 We look forward to it
