The client initially ordered the implementation of a monitoring system, which was to cover the basic IT infrastructure and applications. At the beginning of the cooperation, specific requirements were established, and the project was to include deployment, a 36-month warranty, and system development within working hours. However, during the project’s execution, the client identified additional needs that impacted the further development of the system.
Stage 1: Implementation of the monitoring system
We implemented a monitoring system covering the infrastructure, applications, and storage. We integrated key components and configured SMS notifications and alarms. The entire system was covered by a 36-month warranty, during which we addressed reported issues and provided updates.
Stage 2: Change in client needs and system development
After the implementation, the client requested an extension of the monitoring to cover the entire Data Center. Therefore we prepared and implemented a new plugin that included all key components, including SCS WIN, tailored to their specific needs.
