What are VCF Cloud Operations Addons?

Addons are products developed by Indevops to extend the functionality of monitoring systems. These advanced tools enhance management, monitoring, and resource optimization across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. They are built based on customer needs and the company’s seven years of experience in implementing advanced cloud solutions. Thanks to a proprietary GO-based framework, they deliver exceptional performance and features. We are an active VMware TAP partner with numerous implementations in cloud monitoring and automation.

Data Center Inventory Management with Uptime DC

It enables hardware management, resource monitoring, service agreement analysis, and rack space optimization. Available in Light and Full editions, it supports efficiency and proactive IT infrastructure management.

It monitors Juniper networks, providing a central management point, traffic security, and proactive actions.

Cisco Prime Addon

It enables monitoring of Cisco networks and Access Points, providing centralized integration without the need for individual device configuration. It supports proactive management and network security.

Facility Safety with SCS-Win

It enables monitoring of building technical and telecommunication infrastructure, overseeing microclimate, energy consumption, rack cabinet status, and devices like UPS units and air conditioners. It supports proactive management and rapid problem diagnostics.

Brocade SAN Addon

It allows monitoring of Brocade SAN devices without the need for additional licenses. It collects performance and configuration data, integrating them into a single system, enabling faster issue resolution in storage infrastructure.

Why Indevops Addons?

Years of Expierience

INDEVOPS started  to focus on Cloud Operations in 2017 with then the biggest deployment in Poland of VMware Operations Manager for full stack monitoring. Since 2021 years INDEVOPS is active VMWARE TAP Partner developing management packs for Cloud Operations (earlier vRealize and Aria). Today we are after dozens of implementations and years of ongoing managed services around Cloud Operations, Automations and VCF components.

A proprietary framework in Go

Addons are prepared based on customer needs and requirements as well as 7 years experience in implementations of Cloud Operations solutions (earlier vRealize/ Aria Operations, Logs and Networks). They are being developed based on offcial Aria Operations SDK, but we went further and we build our own GO Framework so we can achieve the best performance with the most advanced features.

We listen to our Customers

The idea of development of Management Packs hase come out from the need of our customers where we had implemented Aria monitoring. It appeared that either they need additional features visible or they need to integrate external systems that were not supported. First we have started with API Proxy and API injection into ARIA, then used Management Pack builder but it was very cumbersome and time consuming. Additionally it has some restrictions as well as bugs, so the development process was very slow. So we decided to start separate development to achive flexibility and performance that was not possible in previous solutions.
