We focused on services around Operations and Automation in 2017. We started with the largest deployment in Europe, which we still support today. Today, we have dozens of deployments behind us and years of ongoing services related to VCF Operations, VCF Automation, and the remaining components: vSAN, NSX. We have been a Premier VMware Partner for 8 years. For the last 3 years, as an active VMware TAP partner, we have been developing management packs for VCF Operations (formerly vRealize and Aria).
The Add-ons are developed based on the official SDK. We created our own framework in GO to achieve the best performance, stability, and most advanced features. We add Open Source components that enrich the functionality. We guarantee ongoing development, improvements, and also provide support. The plugins are created by multidisciplinary teams, including analysts knowledgeable about infrastructure, tools, and IT technology, as well as developers. The entire process is covered by a professional software development process, including a CI/CD pipeline and automatic tests. Upon the end of plugin support by Broadcom, we will take over their support.
The Add-ons are prepared based on customers’ needs and requirements, as well as 7 years of experience in implementing Cloud Operations solutions (formerly vRealize/Aria Operations, Logs, and Networks). The Add-ons are designed to ensure that customers adopt VCF as quickly as possible and gain maximum benefits from the VCF private cloud, while simultaneously lowering the TCO costs of its maintenance. Therefore, the Addons not only collect data but also provide broader functionalities and fit into the unified user experience of the VCF platform.
